I’m Jayne - a Cambridge Graduate, former Civil Servant and dedicated volunteer. I’m passionate about helping others to succeed, and I have the skills to keep things running smoothly in business and in life.

Professional Background
From my former career, I bring experience in management, project work, operations, admin, workshop delivery and business strategy — a varied toolkit that taught me to adapt quickly to new people and projects.
Since 2020, I have volunteered as Chair of a primary school PTA and as Club Secretary at my local tennis club, working on everything from fundraising and social media to streamlining admin systems, improving comms, and overseeing a full clubhouse redesign. These roles are ever-changing and require creativity and strong teamwork.
I’m known for being super-organised, quick to learn, and striking just the right balance between friendliness and professionalism. If I say I’ll do something, it gets done - on time and with attention to detail.

I’m a mum, wife, avid reader, theatre lover, amateur tennis player, professional gift-wrapper, and big fan of Greek mythology and mid-century design. I’m motivated by making a difference and leaving things better than I found them, whether that’s your business, our community, or a simple admin system. As a self-confessed lover of stationery, systems and colour-coding, a friend joked that I should call this business “Little Dweeb PA Services”, but instead, let me introduce you to L’AMI: the trusted friend behind your business.
